INGREDIENTS

STEPS
1. Roast almonds,cashew nut and walnuts on medium heat .
2.Mix all ingredients in food processor or chopper

Russian Salad With Apple and Walnuts
RUSSIAN SALAD WITH APPLE AND WALNUTS
INGREDIENTS
1 .......................................Apple
2 Cup ................................Mix Vegetable (Green Peas,Carat,Beans)
6-7.....................................Iceberg lettuce leaves
1/2 Cup .............................Walnuts
1/2 Cup .............................Diet Mayonnaise
1/2 Tsp...............................Black Pepper ( Freshly Crushed)

STEP
1. Chop beans and carats add green peas and boil together with some water
after boil vegetable drain excess water Keep aside for cool down
2. Take iceberg lettuce tear by hand in pieces,if you chop by knife it will change rusty color
3. Chop Apple in medium size cube.
4. Assemble Salad take a bowl add mix vegetable add lettuce,apple, mayonnaise
salt and black pepper mix all together
Mango Lassi
INGREDIENTS
1 ................................................Ripe mango
2 cup..........................................Fresh curd
1 tsp...........................................Illachi Powder
to taste.......................................Sugar
For Garnish
Some Dry fruits of your choice
STEPS
1. Peel mango and chopped .
2. Add mango ,curd,illachi powder and sugar mix in blender
3. Keep in refrigerator for one hour.serve chilled garnish with some dry fruits.
Refreshing Green Salad
INGREDIENTS

Healthy Green Peas Idli
INGREDIENTS
1 cup.................................................Besan
1 cup ................................................Green peas (coarsely grind )
1 cup ................................................Curd
1 tbsp................................................Ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp................................................Green chili paste
1 tsp...................................................Baking soda
To taste.............................................Salt
For Tempering
1 tsp..................................................Mustard seed
1 tsp..................................................Sesame seed
8-10...................................................Curry leaves
1 tbsp................................................Oil
STEPS
1. combine besan,green peas ,curd ,ginger garlic and green chili.
mix well add salt. If the is thick add some water.
2. Just before steaming add baking soda .
3. When the bubbles form , mix gently and pour better immediately into greased idli plate
.
4.Steam for 15-20 minutes or till the idlis are cooked.\
5.Cool slightly and demould.
6.For tempering heat oil add musterd seed, sesme seed,curry leaves
7.Pour the tempering over the idlis and serve immediately with curd or any chatni
